Taylor Miller
Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in the field of environmental and international law. He is currently the Senior Environmental Counsel for Sempra Energy where he is responsible for permitting and environmental law requirements for electrical generation facilities in California and the Western United States.
He has severed as the Assistant Secretary for the California Resources Agency at which he was responsible for a broad range of legal and policy matters in this cabinet level agency with oversight responsibility for California natural resource departments and boards. He has also served as the Associate General Counsel for the U.S. EPA and as the Director for the John Muir Institute for Environmental Studies.
Mr. Miller obtained his law degree from Harvard with an emphasis on Constitutional and International Law. He has an MBA in International Business from the Indiana Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Indiana University.

Tom Habashi
As Roseville Electric’s Utility Director Mr. Habashi directs and reviews the activities and operations of Roseville Electric including all electrical power resources, electrical transmission and distribution, and exercises direct supervision over professional, technical and clerical staff. He also supports the Community Development Director in the coordination of activities with other City departments and outside agencies.
Mr. Habashi has been Roseville Electric’s Utility Director since December 1998. Prior to joining Roseville Electric, Mr. Habashi was Assistant Director of Utilities for the City of Palo Alto, California where he spent 14 years working in various progressive positions. Mr. Habashi is a professional registered engineer in the State of California and has received his Masters of Business Administration from Notre Dame College in Belmont, California.
When asked how he would describe Roseville Electric’s staff, Mr. Habashi responded, “We have some of the best customer-oriented staff I’ve ever known and had the pleasure to work with. They are extremely conscientious about what they do. Our staff is dedicated to superior customer service and system reliability.”

William Glaze
William H. Glaze, Ph.D., is an internationally renowned environmental researcher, educator and editor. Prior to his appointment at OGI School of Science and Engineering Dr. Glaze was a professor and former chairman in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering Department at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Dr. Glaze was a pioneer in studying the integration of ecological sciences with human health sciences, and in exploring sustainable technologies applied to water treatment, and the energy and transportation sectors. He is known throughout the global environmental science community for his 15-year tenure as editor-in-chief of the field's pre-eminent journal, Environmental Science & Technology, published by the American Chemical Society. This journal helped to define the environmental field as it is known today while setting the standard for scientific quality and impact in the environmental literature. Having led ES&T through a sixfold increase in manuscript submissions, Glaze retired from the editorship in January 2003.

Gary Simon
Mr. Simon is President and CEO of Acumentrics Corporation, a manufacturer of innovative distributed power products in Westwood, MA. He is also President of SigmaEnergy Group, a clean technology investment and advisory firm. He serves on the Boards of Capstone Turbine, SmartPower and Rentricity, as well as the Sacramento Area Regional Technology Alliance, CleanStart, and the McCllellan Technology incubator. He has a broad-ranging 33-year career inboth Fortune 500 companies and in small start-up businesses, in consultingto major energy companies worldwide, and in government service.
Until retiring in October 2002, Gary was the Senior Vice President of corporate strategy and business development at Northeast Utilities, where he had responsibility for corporate R&D, corporate new venture investment, as well as business planning and strategic M&A transactions. In that position, Gary had a major role in over $1.8 billion of transactions, was the head of corporate venture investing, and was a member of the senior management committee.
Previously, Gary was Senior Director and head of the Global Power Practice for Cambridge Energy Associates (CERA) for nine years, and before that forfive years was Vice President of sales and marketing for El Paso Natural GasCompany. Mr. Simon also served for four years as the head of forecasting andplanning for the California Energy Commission and five years as seniorconsultant to the energy committees of the California State Assembly.
Mr. Simon has a master's degree from the University of California, Davis, and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Benjamin Finkelor
Secretary to the Board
Mr. Finkelor currently serves as Program Manager for the newly launched Energy Efficiency Center, an innovative program--located at the University of California (UC) Davis campus--devoted to technology commercialization of resource efficiency technologies.
Mr. Finkelor has previously served as Interim Executive Director of CleanStart, an entity born out of the research, conducted by the California Energy Commission and Sacramento Municipal Utility District, into the use of Technology Business Incubation in the Greater Sacramento region. He has also served as a Clean Technology Analyst for the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS). There, he was a part of a four member team within the Alternative Investment Management group that developed the recently approved Environmental Technology Investment Program-a $200 million allocation of private equity funds that invests in Clean Technology as part of the State's "Green Wave Initiative".
Mr. Finkelor attended the Graduate School of Management at University of California, Davis, where he studied Technology Management and graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society in June of 2004. He secured an emphasis in Corporate Environmental Management through a joint program at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Policy at University of California, Santa Barbara. His coursework and multiple internships focused on innovation in clean technology. Mr. Finkelor has over 10 years experience in sales, marketing and business development and has a BA degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
